The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of various communication projects including, but not limited to, the creation of training materials, websites, annual reports, children’s books, and motion graphics videos. Flexible work hours

Aside from our mandatory overlap hours (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday) during which we collaborate and stay connected, our team has full autonomy to structure the rest of their workdays.

Birthday perks!

Beacon employees have their birthday off and still get paid.

Home office allowance

Our team can spend up to $300 per year on anything they want for their home office. This allowance can be used toward furniture (e.g. a new chair or desk), decor (e.g. artwork or plants), or computer accessories (e.g. an extra monitor). And it's all theirs to keep.

All employees working over 20 hours per week are eligible for a competitive health insurance program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

Annual retreats

Each year we conduct a team retreat open for all employees. It’s a great opportunity to step away from screens, work on professional development in the flesh, recharge together, and strengthen our alignment as a team.
