Deeply carbon negative
Through reforestation, mangrove restoration, and urban mini-forest projects, we remove thousands of tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere each year—more than 5,400 times our annual operational emissions. Our climate action goes far beyond neutrality, helping restore ecosystems while supporting biodiversity and community-led environmental stewardship.

We believe meaningful impact starts at home. Every permanent member of our team earns more than the living wage for a family in Canada, alongside flexible work hours and a fully remote structure that supports balance, well-being, and long-term sustainability.
